off to = going
catch a/the (bus) = take a/the bus

I didn't sleep very well last night, and now, I have giant bags under my eyes!

bags under my eyes = dark circles under your eyes usually caused by lack of sleep

I'm taking a new route to work today. I hope I get there on time!
route = a route is the way (direction) from one place to another place.

I've been sitting at Starbucks for like the last hour being super lazy and I find, I find I get lazy in the wintertime.

(X) Wrong - I'm up to correcting essays.
(O) Right - I'm correcting essays.
